BlueBeam asking for Sharepoint creds
If the file path is to long this will not fix the sign in box.
You should be able to resolve this issue by following these steps:
1. With BlueBeam open, click on "Revu" in the upper land hand corner. Then select Preferences, Interface, and File Access. It may differ slight based on the version you're using but it should look something like this
2. Some of you may already have a SharePoint location saved (highlighted in picture above), click on it and press the "x" button to remove this. You'll then want to click the "+" to add a new location. It should bring you to this window
3. It should already have SharePoint selected as the type, add: https://northpointkc.sharepoint.com/development to "Site" and check the two boxes at the bottom. You only need to enter a login name and password if your Office 365 credentials differ from your network credentials, which they shouldn't. Click OK.
4. You'll then want to click "SharePoint options", check the following boxes, and click OK.
This should eliminate the pop-up for credentials when opening SharePoint documents through your file explorer. However, you may receive a pop-up stating your file path is too long but you should be able to click through it and access your document.
